Funds and tokens are held by ERIR URSUS3 CAPITAL, an entity separate from Vestadium, so your assets are never mixed with the company's.
Who reviews the smart contracts?
ERIR URSUS 3 CAPITAL audits the smart contracts that issue and distribute the tokens before each issuance.
Which regulation applies?
Issuances are made under Spanish Law 6/2023 on Securities Markets and Investment Services, which governs the use of distributed ledger technology (DLT) to represent financial instruments. Each issuance's documentation sets out its regime.
How do we verify users?
Everyone who invests goes through identity verification (KYC) and the anti-money-laundering checks required by law.
